+Audio Splitter is a Python-based tool that reads a tracklist (with timestamps) and splits an audio file into individual tracks. It supports:
+
+- Multiple audio/video formats (MP3, FLAC, M4A, MKV, etc.)
+- Custom tracklist formats (`%ts %tn - %an`)
+- Start-only (`00:00`) and start:end (`00:00-01:30`) timestamps
+- Metadata writing (title, artist, album, comment)
+- CLI, web UI, and Docker
